WHAT DATA WE COLLECT • Buyer's data: name, e-mail, IP address. • Recipient's data: name, e-mail (if provided), physical address (for "Optimum" and "Absolute"). • Order data: plan, occasion, certificate text, amount. • Technical data: cookies, visit logs, language settings. We do NOT collect bank card data — it is processed exclusively by Monobank (PCI DSS Level 1). 3. WHY • To fulfil the order (sales contract). • To send the PDF document and arrange postal delivery. • To meet tax and accounting requirements. • To prevent fraud and provide technical support. 4. SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES We share the minimum necessary data with: • Monobank — to process payment. • SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) — to deliver e-mail. • Postal service — to deliver gifts in the "Optimum" and "Absolute" categories. All parties have their own privacy policies and act in accordance with the GDPR / the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data". 5. RETENTION PERIOD Order data is kept for 3 years from the last transaction — as required by tax accounting rules. Technical logs — 30 days. 6. COOKIES The site uses cookies for the cart, language settings and analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel). Analytics cookies are set only with your consent via the banner. 7.
