1. GENERAL PROVISIONS These Terms govern the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller of the Heaven & Hell Gifts service (hereinafter — the "Store"), operating at www.heavenhell.gifts. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms acceptance of these Terms. 2. PRODUCTS The Store sells digital gift certificates in three categories: • Standard — €5. A personalized PDF document, delivered by e-mail or via WhatsApp. • Optimum — €10. Everything from "Standard" (a personalized PDF document, delivered by e-mail or via WhatsApp), plus a universal document with a minimalist design in Latin script, a print-and-guarantee sample (souvenir magnets, 3 pcs), delivered to the recipient by postal service. • Absolute — €50. Everything from "Optimum" (a personalized PDF document, delivered by e-mail or via WhatsApp, a universal document with a minimalist design in Latin script, a print-and-guarantee sample, souvenir magnets, 3 pcs), plus a printed A4 certificate, glitter (HELL) or scent (HEAVEN) in an envelope, delivered to the recipient by postal service. Certificates are humorous, souvenir items. 4. PLACING AN ORDER Orders are placed through the website www.heavenhell.gifts. The Buyer fills out the form, selects a plan and an occasion, enters the recipient's details and confirms acceptance of these Terms. 5. PAYMENT Payment is made through the Monobank payment gateway using Visa / Mastercard cards. The settlement currency is EUR. Bank card details are stored exclusively on Monobank's side; the Store has no access to bank card details. 6. DELIVERY • Digital certificates (Standard): the PDF is sent by e-mail within 60 seconds after payment confirmation. • Optimum: in addition, the supporting items (magnets, 3 pcs) are sent by postal service. • Absolute: a printed A4 certificate and glitter in an envelope, delivered by postal service. 7. LIABILITY The Store is not liable for the content of the personalized text that the Buyer enters independently. Certificates are a humorous souvenir and have no legal, religious or metaphysical force. 8. HANDLING OF ENQUIRIES All enquiries are accepted at info@heavenhell.gifts. Response time — up to 3 business days. 9.
